Ritzy Ridge started as a sketch and a stubborn idea: build the mountain home this view deserves. Now the framing is up, and you can already stand where the great room will be and watch the ridgelines stack to the horizon. Every window was placed for a reason — so that from your first coffee to your last glass on the deck, the mountains are the artwork.

Every detail is being designed around one question: what would make this the best stay of your year? Floor-to-ceiling mountain views. Spaces built for slow mornings and late-night laughter. The kind of comfort you plan your next trip around.
